6.30pm	Graduate registration and gowning closes Professional photography closes Graduates are seated
6.45pm	Guests seated
7.00pm -8.30pm	Graduation and Awards Ceremony Commences
8.30pm – 9.30pm	Last chance for professional photography Gowns & stoles to be returned

What to Expect

1. Master of Ceremonies will conduct a welcome and introduction of the CEO

2. Official Welcome – Bendigo TAFE CEO

3. Standing for the National Anthem

4. Welcome to Country

5. Presentation of Major Awards

6. Presentation of Gold Medallions

7. Presentation of Student of the Year

8. Guest Speaker to address audience

9. Presentation of certificates.

You will be directed by ceremony staff to stand, exit your seat row and walk toward the stage. You must remain in the order in which you were seated.
When you are on stage and facing the award presenter gently shake his/her hand with your right hand and receive your cylinder in your left hand, pause for photo and exit off the stage.
Once off stage, follow the direction of ceremony staff. Exit stage and return to your seat.
